Our Board of Trustees typically meet three to four times per year. Meetings usually begin at 8:30 AM and are open to the public. The public may speak to the Board of Trustees regarding items on the agenda during a period at the beginning or on other items at the end of each meeting.

The official agenda for each meeting of the Board of Trustees is officially posted at the Denton County Courthouse, at the offices of the Trust and below. The approved minutes of each meeting are also posted below.
